Here is a cute, quick, and easy tray table favor for the nursing home for Valentine’s Day. It just can’t get any easier than this.

Materials:

Tongue depressor or popsicle stick
Glue
Foam hearts
Pink and white curling ribbon
Business sized cards printed with
“Happy Valentine’s Day”
Single hole punch

The nursing home gave me tongue depressors.
I bought foam hearts with the printing on them.

The business cards I buy in bulk at the office supply store. This year I downloaded free “heart” fonts from dafont.com for the greeting.

The hearts are attached to the tongue depressor with hot glue.

Print the cards with your verse.

Punch the cards with a single hole punch.

Tie curling ribbon to attach cards to the stick.

You know how I am always telling you to “do NOT follow my designs exactly. Anything goes…..really…….be brave, be creative!”

Well, imagine all the different holidays that you could adapt this technique to……..St. Patty’s, Easter, Flag Day, Summer “sunflowers”, National Watermelon Day, and on and on and on……………

I am sharing this on Made by you Monday.  And to Crafting Desert Diva’s.
